Mix the oat bran with salt and water until it’s very loose. Cook over medium-high heat until thickened. Either mix the egg whites in with the oats, or cook them in a pan separately. Serve with fresh avocado on the side. Top oats with erythritol brown sugar or zero-calorie syrup if desired.
