Description

This simple, soy or Tamari-based marinade summons the flavor powers of Dijon, ginger, and a sprinking of erythritol sweetness to deliver a tasty steak variation. Our picture doesn't do justice to the loveliness of flavors. Marinate overnight or at least a couple hours for best results.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, erythritol, mustard, garlic, and ginger. Whisk together until mixed.

  2. Place the steaks in a large Ziploc bag, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and pour in the marinade. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, shaking occasionally.

  3. Heat your pan or a grill over high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add steak to a hot pan or grill. Cook undisturbed until cooked halfway through. Flip and cook until desired doneness.
