Description

The difference between a flan and crem brûlée is the runny caramel sauce. Vanilla protein, vanilla extract, vanilla sauce, vanilla extravaganza!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour oat bran into a small to medium sized pot and add vanilla stevia  protein powder. Mix and add almond milk. If the oats aren’t thin enough, add water until it’s loose enough to cook and thicken. Add egg whites, vanilla, salt and mix well.

  2. Place pot with oat bran mix on medium high heat and stir often until thickened and desired consistency.

  3. Remove from heat. Top with zero-calorie caramel syrup.
